  • Can I use more than one coupon code?
    Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be used per order.
  • My purchase was damaged. Can I get a refund?
    Yes, you can contact us for a refund of damaged products within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping will only be refunded if returning all items from the order.
  • Can I include a gift message to my order?
    Yes, there is a 'Leave a Note with Your Order' box that will appear in the cart page. You can write your gift message and we will be able to see it when processing your order.
  • Can you rush my order?
    Call us at 616-784-2007 or email your request to shop@kdl.org and we'll do what we can.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Not at this time.
  • Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?
    Yes, in-store pickup for orders placed on our website will be available at the KDL Service & Meeting Center (814 West River Center Drive NE, Comstock Park, Michigan 49321). Pickup times are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
  • What are my payment options?
    The KDL Shop accepts all major credit cards.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    Unfortunately, The KDL Shop can not fulfill any international orders at this time.
  • I made a purchase online but I have not received my confirmation email, what should I do?
    Our website sends the confirmation email automatically when the order is placed. Sometimes these type of emails are directly placed in your Spam Folder. Please double check there before contacting us.
  • I purchased a gift card to the KDL Shop. Can I get a refund?
    Our store software doesn't allow us to refund the purchase of a gift card. However, you can contact us for other options.
