Yes, in-store pickup for orders placed on our website will be available at the KDL Service & Meeting Center (814 West River Center Drive NE, Comstock Park, Michigan 49321)(https://goo.gl/maps/WGErS3WSVKsdcdb28). Pickup times are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

ShopKDL pickup orders have a 60-day pick up window. Orders not picked up within 60 days of fulfillment will be returned to inventory without refund.

Unfortunately, The KDL Shop can not fulfill any international orders at this time.

Our website sends the confirmation email automatically when the order is placed. Sometimes these type of emails are directly placed in your Spam Folder. Please double check there before contacting us.

Yes, you can contact us for a refund of damaged products within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping will only be refunded if returning all items from the order.

Yes, there is a 'Leave a Note with Your Order' box that will appear in the cart page. You can write your gift message and we will be able to see it when processing your order.

Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Our store software doesn't allow us to refund the purchase of a gift card. However, you can contact us for other options.
