Yes, in-store pickup for orders placed on our website will be available at the KDL Service & Meeting Center (814 West River Center Drive NE, Comstock Park, Michigan 49321). Pickup times are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
ShopKDL pickup orders have a 60-day pick up window. Orders not picked up within 60 days of fulfillment will be returned to inventory without refund.

Yes, you can contact us for a refund of damaged products within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping will only be refunded if returning all items from the order.
